Biennial Ownership Reports

Filing Deadline
By December 1, 2025 of each odd-numbered year, full-service stations (commercial and noncommercial) are required to file a biennial ownership report. This is not a requirement for LPFM stations, but LPFM stations may voluntarily file. See ยง73.3615 of the FCC Rules for more information.
