Enforcement Bureau reminds MVPDs to file an FCC Form 396-C

The Wireline Competition Bureau establishes WC Docket Nos. 25-208 and 25-209, which are captioned "Accelerating Network Modernization" (WC Docket No. 25-208), and "Reducing Barriers to Network Improvements and Service Changes" (WC Docket No. 25-209).

Agents received a complaint that radio emissions in the 806-817 MHz band were emanating from a part 90 signal booster installed at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
